Types of dates
Mazafati Dates
Soft, sweet, dark-colored dates with a moist texture that are best suited for fresh consumption and luxury packaging.
Zahedi dates
Dried and tasty dates with a long shelf life that are very suitable for export and the food industry.
Origin and harvest
Our date palms are located in the south of Kerman Province, where warm weather conditions and rich soil produce premium quality dates.
Dates are harvested from September to October, and the dates are carefully hand-picked and packaged under hygienic conditions.
Maintenance and consumption
To maintain freshness, Mazafati dates should be stored at a temperature of 5 to 10 degrees Celsius.
Zahedi dates can also be stored at room temperature.
Both types can be used with walnuts, almonds, or in desserts and drinks.
